I tried Brew Company it was fine. Totally fine. The tea selection isn’t terrible, and I did find a couple of nice ones to try, so no big drama there. I just expected a bit more variety, especially with loose leaf options, and a few flavours I was hoping for weren’t available. The site was easy enough to use and the delivery turned up without any issues, so that part was all good. I’m calm about it, obviously, but yeah, it could definitely be better

Even with a splash of milk, it still comes through nicely. I’ll definitely be ordering again

The product info also felt kind of vague. I wanted basic stuff like roast level, flavor notes, and how decaf it actually was, but I ended up feeling pressured to pick something without really knowing what I was buying.

If you’re mostly into regular coffee, it might be fine, but as someone specifically looking for decaf, it didn’t really do it for me. I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

Got my order today and everything was there, exactly as it should’ve been. No missing items, no random mix-ups, which seems like more than some places can manage lately. Simple experience, but that’s all I needed. I’d order again.
